The 90 Day Protocol
The 90 Day Protocol / Cohort 01
RACKETFUEL / Joint and Recovery Protocol
You took up padel at 38.
Your elbow noticed at 41.
A ninety day joint and recovery protocol for people who play four times a week and intend to keep doing it.
Start the protocol →395 EUR for the full cycle. Less than your quarter of a court booking.
The Problem
The part nobody warns you about
Two years ago you had never held a racket.
Now you check Playtomic at 7am.
Nobody eases into padel. You went once because a colleague was a player short. Eighteen months later you have a fixed four and two rackets you have opinions about.
You also went from zero racket sports to four sessions a week, at forty, straight from a desk. Your tendons did not get a briefing.
You notice it lifting the kettle. You notice it on the third set. You notice it on Sunday morning picking up your bag.
So you manage it. Ibuprofen before a match. A strap in the bag. Two weeks off, then straight back to four sessions a week. That is not a plan. It is a holding pattern.
Why Padel Specifically
Mechanism
The racket has no strings.
Every impact goes into your arm.
A tennis racket has a string bed that absorbs energy. A padel racket is a solid face. There is nothing between the ball and your forearm, and every shot ends with your forearm decelerating the racket. Sports medicine points to exactly that as the reason padel produces more elbow injury than other racket sports.
injuries per 1,000 hours of padel training
injuries per 1,000 padel matches
of padel players report elbow complaints across published studies
Your knees are having a similar week. Padel is lunging, stopping and twisting on sand. Knee complaints run second only to the elbow.
The Holding Pattern
What you have probably already tried
Four things that buy you
a few weeks each.
They turn the signal down. They do nothing to the tendon. You already know this, which is why it feels slightly off doing it.
Useful for redistributing load during play. It is a seatbelt, not a repair.
This one works, and it is the one you will not do. Proper rest is eight to twelve weeks off court and you will not last three.
Usually a third of the studied dose, taken for two weeks, then forgotten in a drawer.
The problem is not that these ingredients do nothing. It is that nobody takes them for long enough, at the dose that was studied, to find out.
The Formula
What is in the box
Three things that do the work,
at the doses the research used.
Most supplements are built to look impressive on a label. Twenty ingredients, most at a tenth of a useful dose. Two of the three below are at the exact dose used in the published trials, and that is the only reason a ninety day protocol makes sense.
| Ingredient | What it is doing | Research protocol |
|---|---|---|
| Collagen peptides 5g | Tendon and cartilage. Randomised trials on knee and hip discomfort in active adults used this exact amount, daily, for twelve weeks. | 5g daily, 12 weeks Dose matched |
| Creatine 3g | Strength output and recovery between sessions. Muscle stores reach full saturation in roughly 28 days at 3g a day. | 3g daily to saturation Dose matched |
| Glucosamine | Cartilage support. The long running trials in this area measure at twelve weeks, which is why a thirty day box tells you nothing. | 12 week trial window |
The Protocol
The reason this is not sold monthly
Nothing in this box
works in a week.
Creatine takes around four weeks of daily intake to saturate. The collagen trials measure at twelve weeks. The glucosamine literature uses the same window. Ninety days is not a bundle built to raise the order value. It is the length of the studies.
Creatine stores are filling. You will not feel much in this window, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. This is where most people quit.
Creatine is saturated. Session to session recovery is the first thing most players comment on.
The point the collagen and glucosamine trials were built around. This is where you can judge whether it did anything for you.
Six days left. You decide whether to run another cycle. If it did nothing, that is a real answer, which is more than a two week trial gives you.
Every serving is numbered, day 01 through day 90. Adherence is the whole game, and a box that shows you when you have skipped four days is more useful than one that does not.
Founder
Who made this
I built this because I was
the person in the first section.
I am Krisztian. I started playing padel in Budapest, got completely absorbed the way everyone does, and inside a year I was playing four times a week with an elbow I was quietly working around.
I come from performance marketing, which mostly means I know how supplements get sold and did not want to sell one that way. What kept coming up in the research was the gap between the doses in the studies and the doses in the products. So the formula went the other way. Fewer ingredients that matter, at the amount the research used, sold over the length of time the research ran.
Where It Is Being Tested
Evaluation
Sample boxes are with the procurement team
at the Mouratoglou Academy.
Their team requested samples for evaluation. That is the honest description of where it stands. No endorsement has been given and none is implied. If that changes, this page will say so.
Informed Sport certification is in progress and not yet granted. If you compete under anti doping rules, wait for the certified batch.

Honest limits
What this will not do.
Nothing you drink will. Tendons respond to progressive load and targeted strengthening. That means a physio. This sits alongside that work, not instead of it.
Worth repeating, because it is the most common reason people abandon this category.
The studies dosed daily. Ninety numbered servings, ninety days. If you know you will not do that, buy something else.
Roughly 132 EUR a month. More than the daily greens powders, because 5g of collagen peptides at the studied dose is an expensive input.
The Offer

Questions
Worth asking
Before you commit
395 EUR.
Why can I not just buy one box and try it?
One box would tell you nothing and you would conclude the product does not work. Thirty days is inside the creatine loading window and nowhere near the twelve week point the connective tissue research measures at.
This is more expensive than AG1. Why?
Different product doing a different job. Greens powders are broad micronutrient coverage. This is three ingredients aimed at connective tissue and recovery, two at the dose used in the published trials. The 5g of collagen accounts for most of the difference.
Will this help my elbow?
The trials on 5g of collagen peptides over twelve weeks were run in active adults with exercise related joint discomfort. That is the research. Whether it does anything for your elbow is not something anyone can promise, and you will know at week twelve. Do the physio work regardless.
What if I miss a few days?
A day here or there is fine. A pattern is not. Creatine stores drift back toward baseline over roughly a month without daily intake. The numbering exists so a pattern is obvious before it costs you the cycle.
What does it taste like?
Yuzu. Sharp rather than sweet, because it is going down every morning for ninety days and anything sugary gets unbearable by week three. Sugar content is 96mg per serving.
